The one bedroom has full range, fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer and gas fireplace. It sleeps four with the sofabed in the living area. The complex has two outdoor and one indoor hot tub as well as a swimming pool. Full service hotel, with amazing staff to be sure guest  and owner stays are memorable.

With the Marriott international branding the hotel has had a strong occupancy and room rates this past couple of years. The central location allows an easy stroll to all the lifts, shops, amenities and restaurants as well as Celebration Plaza. The grocery store is a short walk away if you want to dine in and relax. Hy's Restaurant and Brickworks Pub are onsite.

In 2018, with no owner use, after all expenses the owner received $17,700. The hotel send out the calendar twice a year for the owner to choose their dates. There's no obligation to use any or all of your allotted 56 days a year. There's also no obligation to stay in your own suite and that's the beauty of this unit. Priced at $334,900, recognizing the location is not the best, you can choose to stay in 1503 which sold for $425,000. Enjoy a different view whenever you are in Whistler or simply enjoy the revenues.
